Terms and Conditions
What This Site Is For
This website belongs to Flooring West University Place, a flooring company working in West University Place, TX and the surrounding area. It tells you what kinds of floors we put in and how we go about the work. That is all it does.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You can still reach us by phone.
The Information Here Is General
We write about hardwood, tile, vinyl, carpet and stair work as clearly as we can. But every house is different, and older houses most of all. What is under your current floor, how level the subfloor is and what past repairs were done can change the job a lot. So treat what you read here as a starting point, not advice for your specific home.
Real Work Gets Agreed On Separately
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract. The scope, materials, schedule and cost of any job are worked out after we talk with you and look at the floor. Those details go in a written agreement for that job, and that agreement is what counts.
The phone is the only way to reach us. We do not take orders or bookings through this website.
Our Words and Pictures
The text, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for your own use. Please do not copy it for another business or present it as your own.
Other Websites
If a page points you to another site, like a flooring maker's product page, we do not run that site and are not responsible for what it says or how it handles your information. Use it under its own rules.
Limits on Our Responsibility
We try to keep this site accurate and working, but we cannot promise it will always be up, error free or current. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the general information here or from not being able to use the site.
This does not change anything in a written agreement we sign with you for actual flooring work.
Texas Law and Updates
These terms fall under the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them now and then when the site changes. The version posted here is the one that applies when you visit.
Questions About These Terms
If something here is unclear, give us a ring at (346) 545-5749 and we will walk through it with you in plain terms.
