What Happens When You Call

We start with a few plain questions. Which rooms do you want done? What covers them today, and what would you like to see there instead? If your house has some age on it, we ask about past work too. Older houses often hide two or three layers under the carpet, a patched spot by the kitchen, or a soft dip near a bathroom where a leak once sat. Hearing about that on the phone saves surprises on install day.

Then we pick a time to come out. We measure, lift a corner where we can and check the subfloor before we talk materials. After that you get a written estimate that lists each part of the job, including any prep the floor underneath needs. If a line on it doesn't make sense, call back and we'll walk you through it.

What to Have Ready Before You Call

1. A list of the rooms you want done and roughly how big they are.
2. The type of flooring you have today, plus anything you know about older layers or past repairs.
3. The kind of floor you have in mind, even if you're still deciding between hardwood and luxury vinyl plank.
4. A few days and times that work for us to visit your home.
